Guided by our Virtual Assistant Specialist, Sonya Mehta we will support you to Expand Your Capacity, Scale your impact and Increase your revenue & personal wellbeing.

  • After learning about your needs and the exact qualities you’re seeking, we’ll match you with one of our excellent, pre- vetted VA’s, with skills tailored to your needs, and who will work on your preferred time zone.

  • We know that to set up your partnership for success, your VA will need structured training and onboarding, and that you also may need support with effectively delegating, managing, and cultivating their leadership. We’ll create a supportive container for you both to thrive

  • Since you’ll be sharing confidential details with your VA, we’ll provide liability insurance to protect your sensitive information. We also offer no-cost rematching, in case your first VA isn’t a great fit for you (though we’re fairly certain they will be!).

  • Some of our providers are in-house vendors, and some are partners who we collaborate and refer to, but all of them are woven into this community of practice, and we love to collaborate. HU will serve as the coordinator, so you can interact with just one person, who can support you to get all the support you need.

  • Each service has its own pricing. Some examples

    • Virtual assistants start at $20/hour

    • Branding and wev development services start at $1000

    • Media production ranges from $30-60 per hour

    • Coaching ranges from $150-450 per session, depending on the coach

  • Through participatory design and community research, we sought to understand the needs our community of innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders have. What we discovered is that doing the amazing work they do requires a lot of different skills. Our modern culture expects us to do it all, unless we have millions to hire a whole company. And sometimes, the money isn't even the problem, its the trusted relationships and quality. So we have designed this model so that each of our clients and partners can get a specially designed package of just what they need.
