We provide a range of “capacity building” services - helping leaders and organizations sustain their important work. This includes consulting on strategy, fundraising, and providing “fiscal sponsorship” - unlocking access to tax-exampt donations and non-profit funding.
Holistic Underground Inc. is not a grant giving institution. While we have supported many organizations to successfully fundraise through Fundraising Strategy Consulting and Fiscal Sponsorship (sharing our non-profit status + providing back-end support) we do not accept applications for funding.

Fiscal Sponsorship is a special relationship between a 501(c)3 Non Profit and a organization or project that is aligned with that non profit’s mission.

Fiscal sponsorship share the tax-exempt status with that organization or project, and gives them eligibility to receive grants and other forms of philanthropic funds.

Furthermore, a fiscal sponsor can provide key administrative, financial, payroll and other “back-end” services, saving projects time, money and stress!
We seek to make our services accessible to projects at all levels. For services that have minimum project budgets listed on their service pages, we seek to provide free educational resources that you can access.
