Holistic Underground are the perfect partners for Reimagine. They've empowered our entire organization, and me personally as a white leader, to authentically lean into what is in our hearts as it pertains to social justice.

They've equipped me with the tools to move with both humility and confidence in a world where talking about and making a difference around justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion is so important but is also so messy and hard.

The concepts that HU espouses do not discriminate. They are universally powerful and applicable and give you a powerful lens to treat everyone, regardless of background, color, or creed. If we could enroll our entire country in this work, I believe that we would be living in a much more empathic, gentle culture

Holistic Underground ran the professional program on our yearly Summit. It was fully virtual and energizing, and we've been able to incorporate a lot of their concepts in our day to day

Holistic Underground's Diversity and Inclusion training was invaluable for our team. Mazin led the call with warmth and openness while still providing a structure for the call and leading the session in a way that instilled confidence.

The Green Lens/Red Lens model was beneficial to help me put my interactions with others into perspective and highlighted some of my own ingrained biases that I might not have otherwise been unaware of. I still use the Green Lens card that Holistic Underground provided as a resource to remind myself of the mindset I can embody when approaching and interacting with others.

Holistic Underground helped our organization open a dialogue amongst our leadership team about how we can better address diversity and equity in our organization. We took that information and Holistic Underground shared it further with our entire team so that we are more informed in providing inclusive care.

I think the way that the program is designed, it creates a compassionate gateway into this work. I loved every minute of it and have found the learnings invaluable in my personal and professional life.

We've already applied a lot of the learnings to our work—creating forums to listen to our community and better understand their needs/wants, created a JEDI pledge for our collaborators and attendees, offered a "Creating Inclusive Spaces" training for our collaborators, started the Table Talk event series by and for underrepresented communities.

We're now providing marketing grants for our BIPOC collaborators, and ~60% of our speakers at our Reimagine produced events are from underrepresented communities. I'm now taking the 3 month racial justice course/support group with HU to deepen my work.

The HU team has been incredibly supportive and responsive—truly a joy

I feel so fortunate that:

1) Our mission to improve the way we live and die means Reimagine is already set up to do impactful work in D&I; and

2) that we connected with HU to take our D&I initiatives to a whole new level.

JEDI is core to everything we do and is presented to our audience at the beginning of every Reimagine-produced event. I am excited to continue working together!
