Lotus Wong is a Culture Consultant, Soul Coach, Creative Facilitator and Experience Designer with 13 years leading groups to grow, heal, and transform together. With a passion for people, Lotus is dedicated to helping leaders and teams bring their visions to life.

In practice, Lotus has been on her own journey of self-discovery, traveling and working in over 30 countries from Thailand to Iceland to Mexico. This healing journey led her to create the School of Unconditional Love (S.O.U.L.) a BIPOC-centered global education platform offering courses, coaching and community gatherings. Lotus is also the Co-host of This Intentional Life, a soul-provoking podcast featuring women of color living wholeheartedly.

Beyond her personal ventures, Lotus brings her whole self to work as the People & Culture Leader at Common Future where she heads up recruitment, talent development, and the overall employee experience. Lotus is also a Lead Facilitator and Trainer for creative learning & development lab, LATE NITE ART® and diversity, equity & inclusion consultancy, Holistic Underground.
